Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status accurately.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak call times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and navigating web-based tools.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
