- Document customer interactions and account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell products or services where appropriate to drive revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
