Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve a high volume of inbound customer calls regarding products and services.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges accurately.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote new products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site roles) or stable internet (for hybrid).
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
