Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process transactions, orders, and account updates accurately and securely.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this event.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
