What You Will Do:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the face of our brand. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional, positive, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Identify and communicate product or service opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex account issues.
- Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality to ensure team coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
