Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in Seattle, WA, and Texas regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and service upgrades according to company policies.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team to help improve our services.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company protocols, including call scripts and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the United States, with priority given to applicants in Seattle, WA and Texas.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
