Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Assist customers via live chat with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and management to ensure continuity of service.
- Adherence to SLA: Maintain high service level agreements (SLA) regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, updates, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Location Requirement: Must reside in Seattle, WA or California (Remote work allowed).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pacific Time).
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Environment: Stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or chat support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating web browsers, and learning new software quickly.
