Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer feedback.
Qualifications
