Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rating.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory (Paid Training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
