Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding products and services, and process transactions accurately.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions, update customer records, and track issue resolution status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, but we welcome motivated self-starters with a great attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional telephone voice.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of 40+ WPM and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Must have a dedicated home workspace and high-speed internet connection.
