Responsibilities

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Maintain positive brand image through professional communication
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for healthcare clients
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues appropriately
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Must reside in San Diego, CA or Illinois
