- Resolve technical issues using knowledge base and troubleshooting tools
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex problems
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products
- Monitor chat queues during peak hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or chat support experience
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 5+ concurrent chats
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must reside in Dallas, TX metro area
