Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in real-time with professional communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/product issues using knowledge base resources
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols for data handling
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional written communication skills with clear, concise language
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure
- Must be authorized to work in the US and located in Chicago, IL or Texas
- Availability to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
