Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat software.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and feedback within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards during every chat session.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Columbus, OH (or willing to commute to our office).
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web browsers).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory due to our paid training program.
