Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to assist customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate issues that require further attention.
- Uphold company brand standards and ensure a professional, positive tone in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume call center environment.
