Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional customer support via live chat and messaging platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and service-related issues
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Participate in monthly team meetings at our Columbus facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 60+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
