Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, issues, and technical problems promptly.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in every interaction.
- Accurately document customer feedback and case details in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex account issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas simply.
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office suite.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space (if remote hybrid).
