Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Willingness to complete paid training program.
