- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via live chat, email, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while adhering to quality and speed standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to improve service metrics and team performance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Typing Skills: Proven typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for the hiring event schedule.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and using various software applications.
