Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions using established knowledge bases.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex problems that cannot be resolved immediately and escalate them to the appropriate senior support channels.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company standards for response time and tone, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and suggestions to the product and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Skills: Excellent written communication skills, grammar, and typing speed (minimum 45 words per minute).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing policies or technologies.
