Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve product or service issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support protocols.
- Adhere to company policies and brand voice guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM or similar).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) and accuracy.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if remote).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
