Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
- Resolve product issues and troubleshoot technical problems for end-users.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and adhere to quality assurance standards.
- Document detailed interaction logs and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or call centers.
- Exceptional typing skills (40-50 WPM minimum).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based communication tools.
