Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60-second response time
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain positive sentiment scores above 95% across all interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat/email
- Proven typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support platforms
- Exceptional written communication with zero tolerance for typos
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
