Responsibilities
- Provide real-time text-based support via chat platforms for 50+ enterprise clients
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets of 95%+
- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support tools
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of SaaS platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
