- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Communicate product information and policy updates clearly to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must reside in California or Illinois.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
