Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by exceeding service expectations.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve product documentation.
- Handle multiple chat windows simultaneously without sacrificing quality or speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
