Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer messages via live chat, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers with product information, pricing, and troubleshooting steps.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services to customers.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Communication: Excellent written English skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsers.
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and problem-solving mindset.
