Your Day-to-Day
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will manage high volumes of customer inquiries via our proprietary chat platform. You will troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
