Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems using provided resources.
- Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating (CSAT) in every interaction.
- Document customer feedback and issues within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent written communication skills and typing speed (40+ words per minute).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check and complete the paid training program.
