Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company offerings and policies
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 10am-6pm)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Nashville location
- Basic computer proficiency with 35+ WPM typing
