- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions regarding our products/services efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support agents or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on customer trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar proficiency.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with computers and software applications.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
