- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and professional tone across all digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on our products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Strong grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
