Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the internal CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers.
- Collaborate with the QA team to improve chat scripts and knowledge base content.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to grammar and spelling.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 words per minute).
- Ability to multitask across multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Must be available to start immediately.
