Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate technical solutions.
- Educate customers on product features and services to enhance satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (required for remote components).
- Must reside within the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
