Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Chat: Handle real-time customer inquiries via live chat platforms with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions and resolutions into CRM systems.
- Adherence: Meet all call/chat handling time metrics and quality assurance standards.
- Empathy & Tone: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone in all digital communications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (varied schedules including weekends and holidays).
- Skills: Proven typing skills (40+ WPM) and strong grammar proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and CRM software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
