Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process requests efficiently
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Adhere to quality standards through accurate information sharing and adherence to company protocols
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Monitor chat queues during designated night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and support techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a chat/email support environment
- Exceptional written communication skills with clear, professional, and empathetic tone
- Ability to type 50+ WPM with high accuracy and multitask in fast-paced scenarios
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Must reside in Dallas, TX, or Florida with flexible availability for night shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
