Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in meeting their needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
