Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and outbound customer calls regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily call volume and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and device (for remote training if applicable).
- Willingness to attend the Hiring Event in person.
