Responsibilities
- Manage Live Chat Inquiries: Engage with customers in real-time via chat platforms to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and account details in our CRM system after every conversation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate, relevant assistance.
- Qualify Leads: Assist in the sales process by qualifying leads and directing them to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or chat-based support roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office space with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Communication: Superior written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications and chat software.
