- Resolve technical issues using knowledge base and escalation protocols
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95%
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive data
- Participate in weekly team improvement sessions
Qualifications
