- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems via chat and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Build Rapport: Use a friendly and professional tone to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Update Records: Log interactions, feedback, and account changes into the CRM system accurately.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company guidelines and quality assurance standards for every interaction.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend products or services that benefit the customer.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide full paid training.
- High School Diploma: Must have completed secondary education or equivalent.
- Reliable Computer & Internet: A stable home office setup is essential for remote work.
- Strong Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic writing skills.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows effectively.
