We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Specialist who can handle high-volume inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via real-time chat platforms to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Diagnose technical and product-related issues and offer immediate solutions or escalate to senior agents when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions within the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space (if remote).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
