- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team when necessary.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in the system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
