Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and quality assurance standards during every call.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web browsers, email).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
