Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or call center environments.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
