Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios with precision, handling account maintenance and transaction processing
- Resolve complex client inquiries within 24 hours through multi-channel communication
- Collaborate with financial advisors to execute tailored service strategies
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through needs analysis
- Maintain 99.5% accuracy in documentation and compliance reporting
- Train new associates on proprietary CRM systems and service protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in client-facing financial services or luxury retail
- FINRA Series 7/63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven track record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish (strongly preferred)
