- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions
- Maintain performance metrics including handle time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
