Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints accurately within the CRM system.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and error-free manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address complex escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a "can-do" attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications (CRM experience a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to start immediately and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space (if remote).
