- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product navigation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, product knowledge, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak call times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (paid training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if remote).
