Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using problem-solving skills and company resources
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution times, and CSAT scores

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or similar environment
